Doug received his B.A from Pfeiffer University and has been with our hospital for the past 13 years. In the Human Resources field for over 20 years, Doug has a wide range of Human Resources work experience: Employee Relations Specialist, Performance Management, Recruitment, Payroll, Development of Policy and Procedures, and Health Benefits management. Doug’s goal is to provide support to the employees and managers while improving the employee experience, enhancing company culture, increasing staff retention, and providing excellent patient care.
